Marmolada Lava
Forests and volcanoes: Welcome to Styria, where mountains once glowed and lava flowed in streams. This is history that Mareiner is rewriting with the Marmolada Lava wall panel and design board. A fine brandy wood with the archaic appearance of boards sunburnt over many years, tanned by wind and weather. We expose the cut pieces of local spruce to these transforming influences in our board finishing factory in fast motion: after drying, we treat the boards with steam and fire, finally giving them the finishing touch with a brush to create classic wood.
