With Minka by our side, we can continue our passion for wood in 2025\u2014and, quite literally, grow new roots.&#8221;\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>After years of success with our high-quality wood products\u2014wall claddings, flooring, and other applications in over 15 countries\u2014we recently faced difficult challenges and had to file for insolvency. But now, we are looking ahead once again. With Minka\u2019s support, we can continue our tradition and passion for wood\u2014and even take it to a whole new level<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minka \u2013 More Than Just Stairs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our new partner, Minka, brings immense strength to the table\u2014like an ancient tree firmly rooted in the market. As a leading provider of attic stairs and system staircases, they have decades of experience and a global network. Based in M\u00fcrztal\u2014just 1.5 km from Mareiner\u2014Minka works with distribution partners in 45 countries, making them a major player both regionally and internationally. For over 70 years, they have stood for durable and well-thought-out solutions that impress both visually and functionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But Minka is more than just stairs. Their expertise in metal processing, powder coating, and manufacturing makes them a versatile partner\u2014and now, they are bringing these strengths into our collaboration. Our name has always stood for quality, innovation, and a deep passion for wood\u2014and that won\u2019t change in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the challenges of the past months, it\u2019s time for us to go \u2018back to the roots.\u2019 We will not be continuing operations at the Schlierbach and Pova\u017esk\u00e1 Bystrica sites. Instead, we are fully focusing on our production in St. Marein im M\u00fcrztal and the Mareiner Holzmarkt. Here, everything continues as usual, with our core team working hand in hand with Minka to write the next chapter of our story. For our customers and partners, this means: \u2018Business as usual\u2019 with the same trusted Mareiner contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stronger Together<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>But not everything will stay the same\u2014because we wouldn\u2019t be Mareiner if we weren\u2019t already thinking about tomorrow.
